The 2007 Blend was blended from 55% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. It was matured in new and used French oak for 16 months prior to fining and bottling in December 2008.

This wine is dark in colour, with delicate perfumed blackberry fruit and fine charry vanillan oak. The palate is elegant with a fine balance of complex fruit and a firm tannin finish. This wine will improve and soften with cellaring and will open up with decanting before drinking.
